I have gambled on millions of rounds of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have played online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of of cash at twenty-one. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or beat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that blackjack appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very fun at times. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this technique! And a number of months ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the runs you notice wagering this way. Below is a guard of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Bet $5
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first $5 bet
Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet
Bet 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the first 80 dollar bet
Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Bet $160
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you cann’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
